Exchanges & Refunds
Looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we are here to help!
We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of purchase. You can exchange for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Exchanges may be made for items of the same or lesser value.
Items purchased during the sale period are unable to be returned or exchanged.
Applying for a refund or exchange
Should you wish to apply for a refund or exchange, please ensure any items you are returning meet the following requirements:
Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase, or package delivery.
Items must have garment and hang tags still attached.
Swimwear; the hygiene seal must be intact, in its original state and not broken.
Items must be returned in their original state, having been neither worn nor washed.
If returning items by post, please email email@example.com with the relevant order number and details of the return. Please then send your items to:

Please note that you are responsible for any costs associated to shipping your return, as well as ensuring your return arrives safely to Holly Days. Ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
Based on the above criteria being met, we will endeavour to assess and action your request within 3 business days, from the time of receiving your package. During this time, you will be notified as to whether a refund or exchange will be processed.
Should requirements not be met, Holly Days reserves the right to decline any exchange or refund. In this instance product/s will be returned to you.
