COVID-19 – Delivery Delays

Please note all orders are being shipped as normal from the UK, within 3 business days of purchase.  However, amidst the current COVID-19 pandemic Royal Mail are experiencing some delivery delays to their standard and express shipping, both domestically and internationally.

Items are leaving the UK for all other overseas destinations on time, but are experiencing delays to a number of EU countries as a result of both new customs processes and ongoing Covid-19 measures. They are working with airline and postal/courier partners to maintain services across the globe, however delays should be expected as a result of Covid-19 measures. The number of countries they can access is changing daily.  Note - all customs forms (CN22 or CN23) will be completed by Holly Days for orders abroad.  

To avoid disappointment we recommend consulting the Royal Mail website for the latest updates prior to making your purchase.

A tracking number will be provided to you at the time of purchase to allow visibility of shipment progress.

Whilst delivery delays are out of our control, we understand how frustrating these extended wait times can be and are forever grateful for your patience and support during this uncertain time.
